Job training that fits real lives

National Trades Academy works with nonprofits, agencies, and employers to give the people they serve a direct path into skilled trades. Our training is online, self-paced, and comes with a laptop each student keeps.

We remove the barriers that stop people from finishing

  • No transportationStudents train from home. No car, bus route, or gas money needed.
  • No childcare conflictsParents study during naps, after bedtime, or whenever works.
  • No fixed scheduleStudents keep their current job and income while they train.
  • No equipment gapEvery student gets a laptop to complete the program and keep.

Simple from the first meeting

  1. Meet

We meet by phone or video to learn who you serve and what they need.

  2. Refer or sponsor

You refer participants or sponsor their training. We handle enrollment.

  3. Students train

Participants complete self-paced coursework online with a laptop they keep.

  4. Credentials and progress

Students earn industry credentials, and you get weekly progress reports along the way.
